Born in Munich in 1976. Björn studied Drama, Literature and Political Science at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Works for theatre since 1999 amongst others: “Romeo and Juliet”, “Hamlet”, “Penthesilea” (by Heinrich von Kleist), “Tartuffe” (by Molière), “Leonce und Lena” (by Heinrich von Kleist). Playwright and director of the international production “The Lights are going out all over Europe – A Dance Macabre” about the July Crisis 1914 (in cooperation with Werner Distler and Nikolaus Frei). Björn founded a Franco German theatre company that is regularly performing on an international level. His international experience includes the organisation of various guest performances amongst others in Munich, Washington, D.C., Boston, New York, Vienna, Budapest and Paris.
